Weekend Roundup: GTSA Car Show, Prom dress freebie and more

On Saturday, Twin Cities Pride held its Queer Career Resource Fair, where attendees could find advice on landing their second employment or moving to a new one. The firm provided profession counseling and mentorship resources, as well as begin opinions and practice interviews.

This weekend, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds hosted dozens of popular rod displays. The Warner Coliseum hosted the GSTA Rod and Custom Spectacular Car Show, which gave visitors the chance to check out some special trips.

As part of the Spring Parade of Homes Remodeler’s Showcase, visitors had the opportunity to visit homes throughout the rail over the weekend. People had the opportunity to use refurnished homes as inspiration for their own projects because some people chose to upgrade rather than purchase fresh.

The spring festival will feature works by local artists, native food, live music, dancing, and new media in a variety of venues throughout the city. Next month’s Walk for Wildlife will take place at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in association with the Animal Humane Society. The 53rd year-old fundraiser provides solutions to rescue animals from abuse and neglect, as well as life-saving health care. You may as an adult, add an existing group or make your own team.

The charity will remain held on May 4 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.


As the week progresses, movie lovers will have a ton of possibilities for watching a movie. The Main Cinema will host the event starting on Thursday and continuing through April 25.
