The Polestar Space transformed into a hotspot for fashion in next week’s issue of SFC]Fashion X ]STOCKHOLM. A maintenance workshop was constructed in the center of the Space in collaboration with Scandinavian design company Main Nué, in addition to hosting a panel discussion of business representatives.
Maja Freiman, the creative power behind the green clothing label Main Nué, gave us the chance to sit down with her. She shared her inspiring journey from sewing expert to building a model that emphasizes conservation and inventiveness. Her love for clothing dates back to her youth.
Craftsmanship and Humor: A Special Mix
A fitting description that fits Maja’s artistic philosophy is that her work combines roughness, high precision, and humor. Children’s clothing is frequently used by Main Nué, adding a playful element to the product. Maja emphasizes how crucial it is to not overthink oneself. People should n’t assume that I’m being overly serious, I say. I want to motivate people to take the risk on their own.
Guests were pleasant to own their clothes repaired by Maja during the event days, or they could just ask her for advice on how to breathe new life into their clothing. Main Nué represents many of the principles we at Polestar keep lovely, making themselves feel right at home in our Space, despite being different in size and merchandise.
Main Nué is a small company with lofty goals that embodies green fashion by building an eco-friendlier future one stitch at the time.
