The new location is part of the company’s ambitious U.S. expansion plan to open 40 stores across the country by the end of 2024.
SAN DIEGO — One of Europe’s biggest fashion brands is opening doors for the first time in San Diego County.
Mango, the Spanish fashion superstore, announced plans to open a massive new store at Fashion Valley Mall
The new San Diego County location is part of the company’s ambitious United States expansion plan to open a total of 40 stores across the country by the end of 2024.
“After the excellent reception of Mango in New York and Miami and the recent arrival last year in Texas, Georgia and Los Angeles, we are very excited to bring the brand experience physically for the first time in San Diego as part of our ambitious development plan for the United States, one of our key markets in the coming years,” said Mango’s Director of Expansion and Franchises, Daniel López.
The store is set to open at Fashion Valley in 2024 and joins other southern California Mango stores located in Orange County and Los Angeles.
Mango at Fashion Valley will sell the women’s clothing line exclusively. The store design will showcase a Mediterranean-inspired concept with sustainable and architectural design elements.
Mango began its United States expansion in 2022. Since embarking on the company’s expansion plan, stores have opened in major U.S. cities including New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta and Houston.
