The Scottsbluff PROMisse software makes it possible for everyone to dress to impress, even with the most limited budgets, as prom season is in full swing.
Someone who needs formal wear, according to chairman Debbie Franco, can get it with them.
” Citizens have donated gowns, some are fresh, some are again used”, explains Franco. ” And therefore we let the society know and the schools know that if anyone needs a clothing, they can come in and we donate it, or modify them, or give them away,” he said.
” The girl’s got clothes, shoes, jewelry, and we have fits, shirts, ties and sweatpants for the kids. And they can travel over anywhere. They call me and we have them fitted. And I even do some alteration if necessary. And they can make a smaller payment if they choose to. If no, that’s fine to”.
Franco added that the program is intended for anyone in the area who may require school attire for a function, not merely Scottsbluff.
” I’ve had women below from Bayard, Bridgeport, Torrington. But anything that needs a costume for any celebration, not just for homecoming. I’ve had female come along. If they had a special occasion, such as attending a wedding or attending a different party or summer college it, they would be there for anyone.
The Scottsbluff Guarantee system is located within the Scottsbluff Elks house, and you can visit Debbie at 631- 4952 to set up an appointment.
