This characterizes the West Baltimore event known as” The Giveback,” which unites the neighborhood with happy faces and a festive atmosphere.
Jade Harper, the founder of the volunteer Overcame Foundation, said,” We’re all going through something, and we want to show that there are still people in the city who care, who are here to assist them. If they ever need anything, they know where to go.”

Around the town, 40 participants rolled up their sleeves and offered to help.
When London Young, a local who grew up there, returns to volunteers, she remarks that it’s amazing to see how happy people are when they receive.
