A neo-Nazi president who was later dubbed” Commander Butcher” attempted to derail a ridiculous scheme to gown as Santa and distribute poison to minorities in New York City on January 1st, 2018, in an attempt to infiltrate a ridiculous story.

Michail Chkhikvishvili, 20, a leader in the Russian and Ukrainian “Maniac Murder Cult” hate group, pitched his killer Santa plot to a prospective recruit last fall, not realizing he was actually chatting with an undercover FBI agent,

The white nationalist also sent the undercover agent Molotov cocktail dishes and other large loss plots, along with recommendations for death, bombing, and fire.

In one Nov. 2 statement, he offered point-by-point instructions on how to get away with the Santa venom story, including the tip, “after giving around poisoned candies to several racial minorities and traitors, just go to taxi, paid to go somewhere, where you will have other clothes”.

Chkhikvishvili, a Greek regional who has spent day in Brooklyn living with his mother, was arrested in Moldova on July 6. He was indicted in of crime to seek aggressive crimes, distributing bomb-making guidelines and other acts, prosecutors announced Tuesday.

The feds say the suspect’s party, which goes by the initials MKY, “adheres to a neo-Nazi accelerationist philosophy and promotes violence and violent acts against cultural minorities, the Israeli area and different groups it deems’ undesirables,'” according to a criminal complaint.

“His purpose was to distribute anger, anxiety and damage by encouraging attacks, fire and even poisoned children, for the purpose of harming racial minorities, the Jewish society and poor individuals”, Brooklyn U. S. Attorney Breon Peace said Tuesday.

After interviewing his ex-girlfriend, whom they were looking into for a number of neo-Nazi social media posts, federal investigators discovered that the suspect had written a manifesto called” Haters Handbook” under the pseudonym” Commander Butcher.”

Michail Chkhikvishvili, 20, identified as a leader in the Russian and Ukranian” Maniac Murder Cult” hate group, detailed the plot, officials said.

According to the complaint, the manifesto reads,” I can proudly say I’ve murdered for white race and willing to bring more chaos to this rotten world.”

According to the feds, the suspect’s group allegedly distributes the Haters Handbook through encrypted internet channels and group chats.

According to the complaint, the undercover FBI agent allegedly posed as a potential MKY member and began talking with him last September on those encrypted channels.

” Well yes we ask people for brutal beating, arson/explosion or murder vids on camera”, Chkhikvishvili allegedly wrote, adding that” ]p ] oisoning and arson are best options for murder”, according to the feds.

He had high hopes for the Santa scheme, describing it as” a bigger action than Breivik without getting caught” — likely a reference to Anders Behring Breivik, a neo-Nazi who in a 2011 bombing and mass shooting spree in Norway, the feds say.

“” Once you do poison attack, I’ll do message against US government, “he wrote in November, repeatedly asking for status updates through January, the feds allege. He suggested that an attack might occur on” some Jewish holiday” at” Jewish schools full of children if the undercover misses New Year’s Eve. … Dead Jewish kids, “according to the complaint.

The head of the Feuerkrieg Division, who pleaded guilty in September to a Brooklyn journalist who wrote about the hate group, was also a neo-Nazi leader in 2022 and 2023, according to the feds.

Chkhikvishvili told the other hate leader, “Mky is the only group that has done so many kills so far.

He also boasted about trying to kill a Jewish patient at a Brooklyn rehab facility where he worked, saying,” I’m working in a Jewish family // I get paid to torture dying jew// I think I almost killed him today actually // If he dies soon that’s killstrike on me,” according to the feds.

In July 2022, investigators discovered that he had worked for an Orthodox Jewish family. The family member had been ill for a while and passed away in August or September of 2022. The government doesn’t make any claims about Chkhikvishvili’s death in the complaint, it states.

Once Chkhikvishvili is brought to Brooklyn to stand trial for the charges against him, Chkhikvishvili could spend up to 20 years in prison.
