Sean” Diddy” Combs of New York was charged in a lawsuit on Thursday with subjecting R&B singer Cassie to an extended relationship that included beatings and rape.
In the lawsuit brought against the manufacturer and music tycoon in New York federal judge, Cassie, whose legal name is Casandra Ventura, claimed that Combs “introduced her into his “ostentatious, fast-paced, and drug-fueled life” not long after she met him and signed to his tag when she was 19 and he was 37 in 2005.
Combs “vehemently denies” the accusations, according to counsel Ben Brafman.
Ventura, who is now 37 years old, claimed that Combs, 54, started abusing her as soon as their marriage did.
According to the lawsuit, he beat her with” savage” blows, punching ,kicking, and stomping her. He was “prone to uncontrollable rage.” It claims that he drugged her and coerced her into having sex with other people while filming and masturbating them.
According to the lawsuit, Combs raped her while she was attempting to end the marriage in 2018 in her Los Angeles home.
Ventura stated in a speech,” After years of silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my tale and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who experience violence and abuse in their connections.”

Brafman referred to the accusations as “lies.”
