On March 14, she turned 27 and shared images of her wedding weekend in Houston, Texas with her father Jonathan Owens.
The pair celebrated Simone’s first day in May with the few, keeping the special occasion to themselves.
The Olympic later in the week posted a recap of her journey on Instagram days after her day was over.
She shared photos of herself getting glitter in her resort bathroom, sprinkled with grew petals from her husband, an NFL player, and rocking a gorgeous black dress with glittering butterfly appliques, crystals, and cut-outs at the hips.
In another snaps, she was seen cozying up to Jonathan, 28, and showed off her many green cupcakes and lovely day bread, covered in colored icing butterflies.
” 365 time but this one is mine”, she simply captioned her post, receiving fan messages like:” The queen’s day should really be a federal holiday”, and:” Happy day to the World’s Greatest Athlete!!!!!!!!!!”! as well as:” Happy Birthday to a myth, an image and a complete baddie”.

But, Simone and Jonathan were given some very significant information on her birthday when he revealed that he had signed a new two-year agreement with the Chicago Bears as their safety.
