Indiana’s EVANSVILLE The first River City Vintage Festival is taking place on Saturday in Evansville ( WFIE ).
Alfonso Palazzolo, chairman of the First City Vintage Festival, and” PHILTHY” store owner Philip Ashenbremer have teamed up.
Their goal is to organize a celebration that will attract vendors from across the Tri-State who will sell handmade clothing, artwork, records, and more.
People can anticipate not just finding cheerful items but also battling fast fashion, according to them.
It’s a problem with conservation, said Palazzolo. Without a doubt, one of the most crucial items we can do right now is to combat fast style, and as you are aware, vintage clothing and secondhand use are essential tools in this endeavor.
The event will also include music and game in addition to the stalls.
The event, which takes place on West Franklin Street on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 o’clock, did cost$ 5 entrance.
