DETROIT– Despite a number of company burglary this quarter, some business owners along The Avenue of Fashion in Detroit are remaining upbeat and forward-thinking.
Days after shop owners claim a man was caught on security video breaking into three shops, three shops along Livernois Avenue are still boarded up.
User of Tauntus Cosmetics Beauty Bar Nadonya Muslim said,” You know, we had some items, including clothes, stolen.”
The accused person attacked that store and her neighbors at Detroit Dye House and Xclusive Hair on the same day.
Regarding the alleged criminal, Muslim said,” We’re going to place him in the past.” ” We’re heading shopping.” We’re going to enjoy ourselves.
According to the police, a suspect was detained in connection with the crime investigations.
Muslim said she wants to remain focused despite the acts.
She is not by herself in that respect.
According to LaShundra Cox, user of VIP Tax Service, “it’s a smokescreen to us, as business users.” ” We’re attempting to expand our company before providing services to the neighborhood.” However, we still have to deal with that.
Some of the relatives think the break-ins were a one-off occurrence. They claimed that the businesses on The Avenue of Fashion are well-connected and watch out for one another.
On the same city, Wallace Bell is the owner of The Broadway Clothing. Bell stated that he and his companions are continuing to concentrate on the holiday shopping season.
Bell said,” Now that we are entering the holiday season, what we would like to happen is for people to be discouraged from visiting this society.” I think it was a one-off occurrence.
Shopping is in full swing in Tauntus right now. Muslim hopes that’s how the government will keep it.
” My communication is to come out, to have fun,” the Muslim said.
On November 24 at 19472 Livernois, the Black Leaders Detroit organization announced that, while products past, it will distribute gift cards to a few shops along The Avenue of Fashion from 11 am to 3 pm.
The Black Friday Giveaway, according to the organizers, is a way to encourage locals to assist businesses and purchase directly.
