St. John has long been a go-to place for classic children’s clothing in the Cherry Creek area.
City- A posh women’s shop that was established in Southern California in the 1960s has called Denver home for more than 20 years. St. John, which is tucked away in Cherry Creek, has long been known for its classic children’s clothing. Barb Ursetta has been guiding ladies through their purchasing experience for the remainder of its presence in the mile-high city, perhaps going one step further.
Ursetta invites you to” come, like a glass of champagne, and create friends.” The connections I’ve developed over the years are what I value most. My women are everything to me.
For 23 years, Ursetta has been the director of St. John in Cherry Creek. Ursetta says,” I want them to feel secure when they enter the room, and beautiful after they leave.”
From the initial move dress to leather, tweed, sequins, and much more, she has witnessed the evolution of fashion. She compares it to the clothes worn by women of all ages, which was inspired by your grandmother.
Additionally, St. John is making its debut at Denver Fashion Week this fall with two choices for the first time ever. On Saturday, November 11, they did display both their hotel and fall collections. The company that has dominated style for more than 60 times is hoping to give the brand new life.
We truly have something for everyone, Ursetta says.” What I really hope is that it’s going to be a younger audience, and I think I would like for them to get away from the shame of this is an older, your mothers ‘ clothes, time.”
Ursetta promises that you will leave the store at Steele St. and Next Ave. with garments that will last you a career as well as friends.
St. John kicks out Fall Denver Fashion Week on Saturday, November 11. The Colorado Ballet will also perform that night, and 9News ‘ Erica Lopez will be opening the show. Through November 18th, there are still displays. Tickets for DFW are currently available.
Two series are being offered by St. John for Denver Fashion Week.
