After sharing the beautiful prom dress he created for his sister, a Filipino brother won hearts on social media next year. After learning that their parents would n’t be able to afford a ball gown for their junior and senior prom, Zamboanga City college student, maverick Francisco Oyao, who went above and beyond, made his sister Lu Asey smile. Maverick took the decision to create and sew a lavish spring ball dress from scratch in order to give Lu a dress and a game night that she would treasure for a lifetime.
In a now-viral post, the loving brother admitted that he first had doubts about whether or not he was up for the challenge. He also acknowledged that the entire process was documented. Maverick must not have feared because Lu looked nothing like a lady in Maverick’s beautiful outfit. ” The untold story of a loving]elder brother ]”, he wrote. ” I did n’t expect that I can do this on time. Because the idea differs from what is being done, I yet had doubts about whether I could do it. But God is truly great. He never let me go.
Maverick was able to find enough data online, even though he was confused about how to sew a ball gown. He wrote,” I start conceptualizing” as I browse through Michael Cinco’s Spring and Summer Collection on YouTube and Google. The determined brother next created his own style, choosing blue and white as the colors to represent the spring ball concept of the prom evening. With a little help from his mother, Maverick—who is studying for a bachelor of arts and society —slowly sewed the dress piece by piece.
The young artist created a magnificent scarf in a criss-cross design using a royal-blue cloth first, and then dabbed white satin ribbons along the top. He arranged white vinyl flowers in a distributed pattern across the skirt to further enhance its beauty. For the neckline of the dress, Maverick hand-painted it in a lovely ombré that blended beautifully with the scarf. Additionally, he added extraordinary butterfly arms that appear to relate in a Disney film.
” I’ve done my part quite properly as your friendly brother and I will never get tired of supporting you, that’s your friend’s promises to you”, Maverick wrote, addressing his sister. ” I hope I make you happy this Valentine’s Day. Even though we did n’t receive your wish for the best dress, you still got the best dress because you still wear it. Your nephew and I are so in love. As Maverick’s Facebook article went viral, receiving over 92k loves and 74k shares, the stunning dress and wonderful history behind it won over many hearts.
You can create on your incredible talent and stunning type. Both of you have a fantastic coming ahead of them. Not forget where you started, and never forget how wonderful generosity is. Your skills will develop, and you’ll become more well-known. Individuals will struggle to use your designs. Be humble”, Facebook users, Eddie Confetti. ” This is the most stunningly beautiful, intricate, take-my-breath away ball gown I’ve ever seen, not to mention a gift made of love. This is a beautiful piece of art, and everyone who likes and gives it a thumbs up. I want to extend a big cuddle to you and express my pride in you,” Carina Lynn wrote.
