Tommy Hilfiger Expands Resale Program to Menswear

October 23, 2023

Men can now score some used Tommy Hilfiger merch more easily.

The brand is expanding its resale program with thredUP, one of the largest online resale platforms for apparel, shoes and accessories, to menswear.

The move makes Tommy Hilfiger the first brand with menswear on thredUP’s Resale-as-a-Service program.

Tommy Hilfiger launched the resale and trade-in service for women’s and kids’ apparel with thredUP in August 2022. Consumers can now resell used Tommy Hilfiger men’s, women’s or children’s items for shopping credit at tommy.thredup.com.

“Tommy Hilfiger already outperforms in the secondhand market, and we’re proud to flex thredUP’s RaaS offering to help them expand their program with menswear,” said James Reinhart, chief executive officer of thredUP. “By offering a broader selection of secondhand products, Tommy Hilfiger is enabling more consumers to participate in resale and encouraging more sustainable shopping habits among their customers.”
