According to officials, a 3-month-old baby was discovered in a road in Everett on Monday night.
But this was n’t your average lost kitten. This grey and white sweetheart, with a little soul for a nostril, is a fashionista.
Around 6: 30 p. m., a small child playing on a park at the local Albert N. Parlin School found the baby” curled up in a game” and wearing a white gown with fruit on it, said Stacia Gorgone, Everett’s animal power agent.
” That’s certainly a second for me”, Gorgone said. A cat like this is generally a stray. But with a clothing on, we know it has an user”.
The woman immediately called the baby Strawberry. Gogogone searched the town and knocked on the door, but she was unable to locate its owner. As of Tuesday night, no one has claimed Strawberry, she said.
” No some called, which is shocking”, she said. ” It’s a really nice, declawed kitten. Someone must be missing this kitten, I’d imagine.
Strawberry, who is “very stressed out”, is staying with Gorgone for today. She will keep her for seven days, and if the owner does n’t come forward, Gorgone will put her up for adoption.
More than a few people have now emailed her to inquire about adopting Strawberry. However, the young woman who found and gave the puppy the name” cat” asked to be in the front row.
In the meantime, Gorgone and the authorities are asking someone with knowledge to visit Everett Police Dispatch at 617- 387- 1212 or message.
